There are a few issues with your recording setup here, first of all I'm not sure if the issue is with your actual live client performance during recording or if you have issues with your write speed causing the video to stutter but it doesn't look too good, I'd also recommend recording and uploading 1080p 60fps videos.

If you have a card that supports shadow play then use that else try dxtory and configure it correctly.

As for the actual gameplay given that this is a highlight I'd recommend hiding most hud elements in order to make it more clear and enjoyable to watch. The cluttered hud is good for gameplay information but it isn't that nice for anyone watching.
