can someone give me their unban appeal template i need it to unban my friend

Unfortunately you cannot appeal for other people you can only appeal for yourself, heres the template none the less

Name - What is your ingame name?
STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID?
Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be?
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned?
Server - What server did you get banned from?
Time - How long were you banned for?
Story - What happend?
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.

Your friend has to make the appeal not you.

Well you have been given the template, but I would like to remind you that you cannot appeal for a friend, if he has an issue with using the forums tell him to join the TS so we can talk to him about the issue so he can then appeal. He may have just forgot his password, there is an option for such things when signing in.
