Oh believe me, people have many reasons to be religious. That is probably one of them. But if you're truely a believer, that's the only thing that matters.

I believe that only our bodies die, our souls get to pass to the afterlife, which is either heaven or hell, and there we have eternal existance. I don't believe in reincarnation though what so ever.

Ok I really didn't expect these kind of questions from you but

This is a very complex topic. You could say that time existed before the universe because the bible says; "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." - so you could say that time had already existed when the creation begun.

do you ever put a lot of care into an object, maybe a diary, a drawing or whatever, and think that sooner or later it will get destroyed or lost into nothingness? how do you cope with the feeling that everything that can be classified as "material" is bound to disappear?

What motivates you to keep on living and fighting for success and a better life - knowing full well that one day, you, your loved ones, friends, and family will die, and all that you did throughout your life will vanish into nothingness amongst billions of other people's work. All that will be left is nothing more than a statistic on a chart or a sentence in a history book (if you're lucky enough). How do you subsist with the fact that we are all destined to die, and that all we do/did will one day, fade away, forever...?

(not accepting religious stuff such as heaven as an answer)

That is a really good question because I do consider myself an artist. I have made a lot of art so far. And it is sad that one day it won't exist anymore, but as long as I enjoyed the process, and I have benefitted from it, that is fine by me. I have learned and became better by doing it, so I'll just cherish the final result as much as I can.

Well fuck you because Heaven is an actual thing and it means it all won't be for nothing.

I think life is all about the journey - there's no final goal or a final accomplishment, and every day should be a beautiful day to be alive. To learn. To better. To advance. I think if you change your mindset, and realize that life does have a meaning, and that it is what you make it, you'll learn to appreciate everything you do, and everything you accomplish. As long as you've benefitted from it, gotten something good out of it, then that's what should matter. It wasn't all for nothing afterall, even if it'll only be a memory.

My splits would either be upper/lower or fullbody, so I prefer compounds by a lot. They're far better overall. Deadlifts are my fav, but I love benching too. Also do squats, hipthrusts, overhead presses, rows...

I'd choose honesty no matter how much it hurts because it is better to be hurt than to live in an illusion - sooner or later everything comes to light one way or another anyways. I might even be less hurt because I'd appreciate that the person chose to be honest with me.

Plyometrics are more effort so I'll go with isometric this time lmao
