I haven't really competed in sports outside of school, I am not sure if it is for me! I have won first place in kayaking in 8th grade, and swimming in 5th lol. Also we had a competition between schools in Net Ball for girls in 8th grade, and I was team captain and we won. Carried them hard lol.

Capoeira is very big in Israel too, have you heard about it?

But in my teens, struggling with mental health, I kind of let go of myself. Decided I need to do something that'll distract me from stupid thoughts, that'll improve my body image too. At 16 years of age, I joined the gym.
