As for a tip, lower the weight and go slower when you release, youre risking your shoulders way too much at the moment.
ahh you might think that no i just increased the weight from my last work out .
so basically every time i increase my weight i go back to 6 reps for 3 sets then next work out i go 8 reps with 3 sets and the workout after that its 10 reps for 3 sets . after that i increase the weight again and go back down to 6 reps and repeat today was the 6 reps one
