SSRP 1, 2 & 3

Suggestion Title

Adding a Co-leader rank in gangs, or making more than 1 owner.

How would it benefit the server

It would make it easier for gangs to sort out their ranks and such. Making their most trusted people the rank "co-leader" which has more power than the current "officer" rank but has less than the owner.

Potential Issues/Exploits

No issues, just possible trust issues, totally depends on the owner of the gang.

Additional notes

I would really like if this would be added because this could flex the capability of custom ranks you can make in the gang. I would like to hear others opinions aswell, thanks for reading.
