After what happened (if you don't know contact me on Steam or if you can't be bothered you can read this thread) I get all sad and depressed really easily and I feel like my mood changes every few minutes. One minute I'll be loving life then the next minute I'll feel like I don't want to ever move or do anything. Could someone help me with what this could be or how to deal with this?

Mood swings can happen any time at any place, varying from the microscopic to the wild oscillations of manic depression,so that a continuum can be traced from normal struggles around self-esteem, through cyclothymia, up to a depressive disease. However most people's mood swings remain in the mild to moderate range of emotional ups and downs. Hopefully, you understood what I wrote!

You should try and leave the internet for a while so you can have some real life time with ur friends. The internet is full of people that will ruin ur day.

It's not the internet that gets me down, for some reason, I've kinda just became numb to anything anyone says to me on the internet, I find it's my own brain linking things to it and then proceeding to blame myself for things, basically my brain overworks and goes into too much detail with all the information I get then it leads to all the sadness and stuff |

Edit: Sorry, just read the topic you linked. It's normal you're having a rough time buddy, you're teaching yourself how to live without her and that's a rough process
