Morgon if they was banned and have proof they lost anything just refund and ill give it back to you.

So after speaking with Richard about the situation,

Richard was apparently ordering his bans, this caused a lot of drama and controversy. Although it wasn't intentional on Richards part, it did occur and he will not do this again. Some of the bans were questionable and some shouldn't have been delivered, we're sorting through these now.
