Does a Shepard lead his sheep with the sheep knowing that the Shepard controls their life ,Does the Shepard know that without His sheep he is just a man, a sheep of the government follows the laws made by it .If a sheep doesn't follow its Shepard, it hurts the Shepard's control may the sheep be punished or it may leave the group and the protection of the shepard It may join a different Shepard but in the end the sheep cannot be alone for there are wolves behind the Shepard's sight forever doomed to follow or be devoured by the following wolves ,alone they are nothing but together they make the Shepard of power protecting against the wolves .The Shepard may be a wolf in sheep's clothes.
