TOPIC: How do I convert a .dem file into a mp4 file

I want to upload proof of something,but I did something stupid.

I did,I found something I think,let me test it(found it when I made the post)

In the console of whatever game your playing type in "playdemo *how you called the .dem file*" then the demo plays and you have to record it with a software like Fraps or shadowplay/raptr.

Hope i've been at least a bit helpful not like these two "smart people" above
