TOPIC: Fallout 4

Hello, so i have gotten Fallout 4 from a steam case and its laggy as **** for me like 11fps

and i was curious if there's an option to kinda refund this

As you've already activated it then you can't sell it or trade it onwards, Sorry buddy!
