People who have VIP does not count as a slot

How would it benefit the server:
For the Non-VIP to have a slot and for them to stop begging VIP's to change their job then change back

I see no problem with it!

Defiantly so annoying people begging for jobs

One of the selling points of VIP is the fact that you can get any job. The solution to your these people is to get VIP.

Let me explain what they mean.

There can be up to * VIP's in that job but when a non vip tries to become that job they want it to check all the non vips in that job and add them up without the vips.

So
10 VIPS can be miner and 5 non vips making
