It's considered a curse word around the world, some areas more than others, however one thing stays the same; it's not acceptable. Cancer affects and has affected peoples lives, people use different medians to get away from it all and sometimes it could be gaming. People don't want to hear about it, it's a horrible thing and it's not acceptable to use the word.
