TOPIC: Can anyone help me urgently!

I really wanna play the summer update but every 10 - 20 minutes my internet turns off then on again instantly. this leading me to get connection problems. Please someone help me!
The message on steam says this when it happens

Contact your Internet Speed Provider (ISP), tell them the issues you're experiencing and go from there for solutions.
