TOPIC: Can anyone techinal help me?

So i cannot play GMod as much due to whenever i play either 2 things happen which piss me off and stop me playing
1. My keyboard takes like 10 secs to press a button to work and then if i press my mousewheel up/down then it will make my PC bleep
2. After like 10-20 mins i get connection problems which is annyoing as i cant base or raid due to i'll probbaly loose my stuff like i did with my HC
Please can someone help. then 2nd one is the worst.

-Reinstalling

have you tried reformatting your pc?
