Go to index-> server applications-> find the correct template make an app.

Just to add if you want to apply you cannot be staff on any other server as your brother claimed you were

If you want to apply for a staff position then please post here. . You need to copy and fill in the template for the server you'd like to be staff on, You also need to Prefix your application (I.E Jordan's SSRP Moderator Application), Goodluck!
