TOPIC: Need help

So when I play Garry's Mod, I cannot see materials or txt screens there is a box in the middle of them. I have CS:S And I also cannot hear the PSG Sound or see some weapons. I also cannot see the pics of the weapons in the crafting menu. Anyone know how to fix this its very irritating

I had this problem but ive forgot how to fix it. Its due to addon packs for the materials and maps. Do you have one of them if so delete it and buy the game? xD
