TOPIC: some SSRP staffs wont do effort

some of staffs on darkrp does nothing to stop rdming/problock/self supplying (some do) but someone doesnt!
I even made F1 8 min ago and no one took it.

as you can see the staff wouldnt care if i asked. and if you look closely the people was trying to propblock and they were rdming people and all of that.
You probably think that he WAS doing f1 but no he was talking with another guy with an application, they dont do any effort into being a staff.

This pic proves nothing, the staff member could of been busy or didn't see it happening.

I hate people who complain when they don't know what's happening.

All/Most of the staff are doing fine just because at that given moment they was not doing your f1 doesn't mean they are bad. Probably they have been doing f1's all day and took a break which they are allowed.

Please don't complain without knowing the full story

Pardon me for saying this, but do people on here not understand that staff are not robots? The staffs purpose is not to souly be there and stop rulebreakers, they enjoy having fun like everyone else. And, you're complaining about 8 Minuites... Most people have to wait 30+ mins at peak times for 1 F1 to be done, and they don't make any threads complaining. If you want to wait less time, i suggest applying and see how overwhelming it is currently for yourself.

This isn't a full time job, it's all volunteering work to help others out. Staff are not always there to sort every situation out, especially when the server is now getting up to like 80 players on a daily basis.. So please don't expect this all to be perfect when really, we're wanting to play too and take time outs since it can get quite stressful having to stop rule breakers continue their behaviours after long periods of time.

If you did ever catch a staff member never helping out then don't just make a post calling the team out.. Talk to who it is and if possible, a lead team member too.

I would also like to add that your f1 might've not appeared on the f1 menu and if you feel like it's being purposely missed out, like I said, speak to a lead team member and they'll speak to us about it.

I know they are not robots or dont want to work but, this was around pd it was allot of people complaining my friend did it too, it was also 2 people rdming around the city for about 20min

That is me in the photo. I am the only staff member on who is doing F1's your F1 was fourth on the list and I was busy doing an F1, while the guy on the left of that photo was going on about their application. I dealt with that propblock when I got around to it. I have also been up all night so I'm not seeing things as clearly as I would.

Buddy, First of all I'd like to say thanks for bringing this up however, Right now it's summer so people will be going on holidays and then more staff will need to come on and work hard as we can, We try our best to deal with every f1 respectful and fairly, If you waited long for a f1 then on behalf of the Staff team we apologise but we can't deal with every f1's fast, Some f1's take longer to get both sides and some take faster.

Sorry when did F1s become a chore and a mental stress? I used to find them quite relaxing.
