TOPIC: Complaint - Walter White

i'd like to make a complaint about 'Walter White'

I have just recieved a warning for driving around my car:
1. I was racing , limiting speed in spawn ofc.
2.Server is always a bit laggy so its always a risk driving a car
most important
3 He was on the road , not the sidewalk

sidewalks are made so pedestrians can safely go from point A to point B ,

Note : the Aston Martin is not able to kill people on the sidewalk , its simpy to low to the ground , hitting a sidewalk results into a crash

i'd like to get some feedback on this since i feel that the moderator in question , used his powers for himself , because he was at the wrong spot at the wrong moment

The rules say you should actively try to avoid running people over , if your story is true and you tried to avoid hitting him then it shouldn't have been a warning.

3.1 a CDM Server 1 - You must actively avoid killing players, this included the road and pavement.(please note this can sometimes be unavoidable due to lag. Please make sure you take this into consideration before punishing players)

Server 1 is laggy like hell , it is impossible to try and slow down and if you try to avoid someone and move out of the way your car will most likely spin out of control and hit someone else.The rule clearly states that it can be unavoidable due to lag so I don't know why you got warned.I think the rule should be altered that if your on the road you are at risk of being ran over because there is pavements for a reason...

First Cmd Warning I've seen in a while and when I think the server is to laggy to drive I don't drive it's a pretty simple thing to do. Everyone else manages to do it so you could easily just do the same thing and speeding in spawn don't seem like you cared to much about hitting anyone so I'm not sure why you care now.
