What is the ethic behind trying to shame someone? You said yourself that he got warned so just leave it at that, if there are issues after that you report them to staff members.

From what I can see the only intention you have with this post is causing trouble and drama and by doing so you're breaking the TOU, I've seen a lot of you causing trouble recently and it's not good. I'd advise you to focus more on improving your attitude instead of making posts attempting to "shame" people.
