- The music needs to be more exciting
- The music needs to be fitting to the scenes we see, for example you could time the beat of the music to the views of the scenes. ( I'll leave you a example below)
- More Effects, edit the shit out of it. No distracting/disturbing effects, you need to show the effort you've put into it.
- It's usually better to stay with one anime in a video. don't mix them.
Here's a example of probably one of the best AMV's out there.
note: As example to what I meant with "scenes fitting to the music " At 3.05 the train sound is actually
in the song the guy who made this AMV took scenes from the anime fitting to the song.
In the amv it's building up tension first, please give it more than just 30 seconds If you really want to see how it should be done. Have fun.
