Hi, I still cannot join Zarp and nothing seems to be working so made an application in the contact us option to see if there is anything the Zarp staff could do. Still no reply even after the weekly staff meeting and I really wanna play so could someone please check my application asap. Hi Chaos97,
We apologize for the delay in getting back to you. It appears that the issues you are having connecting are related to your internet connection. Try to unplug your home router from the wall and wait 5 minutes and then plug it back in again and try connecting to the server. If this does not work you can contact your Internet Service Provider and request for your home IP address to be reset. Thank you
