If a user sees someone with a high Karma they'll think that person is helpfull and etc which most of the time thats true unless that person asks for karma in giveaways Kappa Low Karma would be people that are disrespectfull and not helpfull whatsoever This is mainly what you can see from peoples karma even if it doesnt matter too much.
