The logic is that by being banned on one server means that you're allowed on the second server.
You guys didn't banned me on server 2 so i tough i could play on it. I think this is just really sad from him. They didn't told me to go on server 2 or something.....
I think it is sad that you need a guide for everything in your life. Hold up, need to call Keemstar and let's get right into the news.
Though I do agree that extending the ban to two weeks is excessive, but that is up to the admin that is dealing with the situation.
Confusions like these are common. DarkRP servers are diverse, and several other communities may allow players to play on a secondary server while they're banned on the primary or vice-versa, there isn't really a set-in-stone logic everyone should have, and it is also vaguely specified within the rules, and by the admins as you can see.
While I am clearly not disagreeing with the whole thing itself, it needs to be pointed out for some individuals, don't imply they should all know what to do when to do.

1.5 Avoiding Punishment - If you are being addressed by a member of staff out of character, do not leave without their permission to do so. This also includes ban evasion, if you are banned you are not permitted to join the server until the ban expires.
This proves absolutely nothing, as never it is specified whether or not you should or should not join the second server. Sure enough, if you'd use the interpretation of a human being with an average IQ which is capable of reading and understanding english, you'd not join the server you were banned on, in this case server 1, technically he did not join the server he was banned on.
