Printing and basing was producing printers at a set level until people started using alts. If a player had done it first it's possible it could have been banned, but seeing as the main pioneer of this idea was Para it was allowed and became quite common in big bases. Basically, those people can afford anything they want whenever they want it. That's what people are talking about when they say it's ruined the economy.
