Well, firstly play games you like.
Secondly make it original, if its not original its probably not going to rack up views and subs unless its just clickbait.

Just go for whatever game is the biggest right now, because its probably being searched for the most, which increases the chances of your video coming up.

I wouldn't play just games that you enjoy because that will get stale, you should make a series of a game that you will enjoy for a long time, and then throw other games in every now and then to mix it up. Also, since you're younger - if you're planning on doing commentaries I wouldn't risk it. I personally don't have anything against younger people but it's true that people don't like listening to a higher pitched voice when watching gameplay, there aren't many popular youtube channels run by younger people of your age.

Be creative , have humour and be funny. You have to be unique otherwise you won't get popular. Play games you enjoy and also play games that are trending and if your good at them people will start enjoying your content more and you'll get more and more popular.
