TOPIC: Shit life

Im having problems breathing starting from last week, sometimes its normal and sometimes its really bad like right now. breathing is hard and if i try to sleep (almost) like i almost slept and then i got awake again (these few seconds) i forgot to breathe in my sleep. Its going real shit for me and this makes me scared alot. I just wanna let you guys know so you will know cause this is keeping me awake some nights and even scared in nights.

Sounds like Sleep Apnea, i'd go see a doctor.

Have you seen a doctor ? because if you have not you really should because this will damage and fatigue you not just physically but also mentally . Like the others said this could be sleep apnea wich is basically a sleeping disorder that causes pauses in your breathing but I'm no doctor so you need to see one to get professional advice
