The "lasers" are from an item called mjjonir, which has a chance to proc a 200 magical damage lightning bolt that jumps from target to target. It's a 20% chance. IT also comes with a LOT of attack speed, and alchemist's ult (alch is the hero elim is playing,) reduces his base attack time so he attacks really quickly, meaning a LOT of procs. Also, it also comes with an active that puts a lightning shield on a target, which does the same thing but procs when attacked as opposed to being attacked.

Basically, he's REALLY far ahead and nearly single handedly won us the game.
