Does the scope boost increase the damage of the scoped assault rifles too that the BMD sells?

No only sniper rifles

Fairly sure it works the the L85

The scope boost deal double damage with MOST if not ALL scoped weapons , so even assault rifles with scopes (not iron sights) . So yes it does effect guns like the Aug , L85 and F2000
