You can do full body workouts every second day, the other day do running. The thing is, you don't need to feel pain. Once my stabilizers got built up I felt little pain. I still get sore just not as bad which means that I am used to the pain. You only need an hour - an hour and a half in the gym. Overtraining one muscle group for hours isn't good. Do what you have to do and not over set or Rep what your body can handle. You are not Arnold or Kali muscle etc do your weight don't copy other people's workout plan and weight etc. Work your way there it's not worth Overtraining it ruins your muscles you can study this if you want it's bad for you and causes damage and I think can lead to loss of muscle mass.

Just keep grinding. It generally takes about 7 weeks to see results of consistent workouts. Working out is 50% physical and 50% mental effort, remember that.

All of us are not perfect but i understand what you are meaning i got a unfixable well There isnt cure for my disease/Exem: Psoriasis.So i hope you get it just dont give up
