Both of them should ward.. If you're playing adc and have the spare gold after a back you may aswell buy a ward? Hate it when I play and adcs flame support for not warding when they've not purchased one ward the whole game. everyone on every position should ward. The support is supposed to help warding arround objectives with his Sightstone. If your support doesn't cover the important paths of the map, ward it yourself.
