So... I've been having a few people saying to me: You fucking dickhead! You fucking kid. And Yeah.... I migth be a Fucking kid as they say... I am 12.. And the staff hates me becuse they say i abuse.. I've been trying my best to improve in the past 3 days... Tell me what you think about me in reply. It will probebly be a lot of you're abusing, you're shit and stuff.. I always get haters... I know.... That Keith, Morgan, Jayo and a few others also get's called kid even when they are over 15.... We don't hate you because you are young and we think you abuse.

We hate you because we have proof that you don't know how to moderate.

The only type of criticism you should listen to is constructive criticism. Whilst it isn't as common for me due to my rank I do still get bashed on by users at times. As a moderator users would at times get mad at me and question my decisions, even though I knew that my actions were correct. The most important thing to do when you're a new staff member like yourself is to listen to the other staff. If someone is simply bashing you just disregard it. On the other hand if someone approaches you with some genuine criticism that isn't ill-spirited you should listen. As for how you handle stuff in-game just make sure you let everyone voice their side of the story and make sure you have a valid reason backing your actions. If you're ever unsure you can either hold up and ask yourself if you can justify what you are doing or you can ask another staff member.

Should you ever have an issue with another staff member being malicious towards you the lead team are here to help. A lot of moderators tend to be afraid of approaching the lead team thinking that we're some kind of baddies that are here to invoke fear, don't be afraid to approach us with questions or issuer that trouble you.

Staff will get criticized by users at every rank, just something you've got to grow thicker skin for when you're staff. My advice for you is only listen to constructive feedback, if someone is telling you you're a bad staff member that's their opinion until they actually tell you how to improve. Just remember anyone can improve and nobody is the best, it all comes with experience.

Alright buddy, So basicly as you're staff Users will tell you stuff when yo warn them, I get it everyday just let it in one ear and out the other, As everyone says only listen to constructive feed back as it'll make you a better Moderator than you are already, Just become bigger and stronger and don't let words bring you down, It comes along with the rank ;3

I tried my best. Still get's called bad things. Expected more respect than usual as moderator but I still got the same. But Now I realize We will get comments like that, So i stood up and ignored it. Easier than i thought. People who call people 10 ect. And use it in a way thats offensive is usual. Most people are like that. Ignore the hate, And enjoy the good times

Well thanks... I will take this a long and i will use this if anyone tells me bad stuff. (The thing about i don't have to care about them calling me it. That is how staff life is xD)

People talk bad about staff or criticize people for fun to make them feel bad for no reason, you just have to not care about them because they want you to be sad or feel like a nobody so my advice is leave them alone since i've not been only bullied inside of zarp even in my own school. from my experience i always ignored them and let them say what they want because they say anything for no reason just to bother you. i hope they didn't make you be sad or anything, if you want to talk about it just notify me on steam.

Tbh in the last 2 weeks i was on teamspeak twice for about 1 hour, both times i heard someone trying to report you so there HAS to be something wrong.

Just do your job, don't abuse and be a little bit more professional it's simple.

Honestly. Anywhere on the internet you go, no matter how old you are, wether your male or female, good or bad at whatever you may be doing thats just what happens. ZARP have had a few staff members under 13 and they are fine. Sometimes better than the older ones. Anytime someone insults me saying stuff like "You sound 6 mate." I laugh it off. Its a bad insult and it doesn't really matter. Aim of this paragraph. Don't listen to them. You may hear that a lot from others. But its one of the most important advice you'll hear.

Anyways we have had a lot worse so be thankful, I'm sure you will get the hang of things and just be a regular minge like most staff.

Here's a tip. Get demoted by DCX 6 times, come back as a man, and come back with knowledge.
