The issue was here several times, check the other threads, its an issue cause the GMOD Updates. Hope am1minge can help you!

Just keep relogging and downloading zarp content, worked for me.

Try remounting source games
Resubscribing to Zarp content
Downloading the map
Downloading the map textures
Verifying game
Then reinstall
