TOPIC: I'm tired of people complaining about staff, so...

Can all of you stop complaining?
They're doing their best, the ones that don't do their Job correctly, can and will get demoted by time.

All of these Admins ( and especially higher ranked ones) are spending so much time trying to help everyone on the Server.
They're doing F1's instead of roleplaying, they're answering endless of questions everyday.

It's not fair guys. They aren't roboters with only doing F1's on their daily to-do list.

PROBLEM SOLVED WITHOUT A DEMOTE NEEDED
I understand some things these admins/mods do are demote worthy and some do get demoted but they are not going to get demoted EVERY TIME they fuck up because they won't learn from being demoted after fucking up once when a SA+ could have just talked to them and they learn from it and don't do it again but if you was the SA+ I have a feeling you would see a demote request and just accept it and demote that staff member for reason there was a demote request on you

This isn't a strict community where if a staff member fucks up once and get busted they are demoted, no, if they fuck up once then an SA+ pulls them aside and chats with them unless it is MAJOR abuse/rule breaks then they will bring it up in the meeting and the lead team will decide

Shit I have fucked up on the forums many times (never staff though) and I have been luck enough to be given another chance (fucked up over 7 times and banned 7 times from the forums for fucking up so much and one site ban where I can't even log in) and look here I am again trying my best to learn from my mistakes and avoiding another ban just like how when you report a staff member and a SA+ talks to them they learn from there mistakes but demoting them right away will not help them learn to make sure they don't do it again and learn from there mistakes so there isn't a next time.


I do encourage people to report staff breaking rules so that the lead team can explain to the staff member the rule they broke and learn from it or if they abused on accident and the lead team talks to them and they learn from itso it ddoesn't happen again but sometimes a demote is needed just not every time
