TOPIC: I'm tired of people complaining about staff, so...

Here's my solution.
Make a report.
It's really that simple.
If what they are doing is completely unacceptable of a staff member, they will be demoted.
If what they are doing is something that shouldn't be happening but not anything major, they will be talked to/warned about it. If they repeat this, they will be demoted.
Simple.
If they aren't doing what they're supposed to do and there is clear proof of it, they'll get punished.
Now please stop making threads bitching about low quality of staff and actually make an attempt to do something about it.

Okay so i can give you countless examples of staff members doing insanely stupid shit and not getting punished, lets start shall we?
1. Bob (you know)
2. Mix3rz - recording himself trolling, ruining F1's etc
3. Sonzy (sry man) - Hiding CM banned players
4. Destiniy - Unbanned 47
5. Im sure there is more

Problem is you cant allways gather evidence and yet the feeling of bad staffing is still with you. But again it may or not be true most of the times it is

When a staff member does something wrong, It gets forwarded to a higher staff member (Super Admin/Head admin+) Once they hear about it it gets brought up within the staff meetings, Once there it is spoken about and they decide what to do about it. Punishment is always given out for the cause of what they did, Now once it is given Players will either see the user as they was before or no longer staff. if the user is still staff then they have been spoken to and the punishment would have been given. some members of staff don like to share it and some do. so you coming out like this is wrong you are judging our ways to control our staff when you have 7 bans on records yet you complain about how we deal out our punishments to other members of staff.

Next time before you judge us please make sure you have your facts right as this is outrageous and it bang out of order.

EDIT: I Was punished but I am not willing to share with the community on how or what the deal was. And i would respect you if you will happily leave it in the past as we are in 2016 and a new start is allowed for all of us.
