I see that Fennester said that he bought you VIP. Maybe there was some kind of issue with his Paypal.. I will try and figure this out for you

I've gotten the receipt from Paypal in my Email, it hasn't showed up in my Activity yet.

It'll be there eventually, I have it recorded if it doesn't work.
