I'm guessing the person who banned him banned him for 3000 years because it was a permanent ban, and you're brother should of been told the reason for being banned before he was banned. We can mention him, but we cannot discuss your brother on the forums if he's banned as it would be in violation of the TOU. You've already been linked the 'Contact Us' feature above, just tell your brother to go to this and send in an appeal with his story and why he should be un-banned, it will be reviewed during the Community Team Meeting following the weekly SSRP Meeting.
