Whenever i try to join zarp or any other darkrp first it times me out at sending client info then after that i get connection problems Pls help me

Try Verifying your Game Cache by right clicking Gmod in your Steam Library and going into it's properties.

Is it just ZARP/DarkRP you are having this problem with?

Download a VPN, that should work.
