how can i get that things guys where should i get it ?

You need a blueprint case to get the Thundergun BP or you can buy it off of someone, then when you've done that -
F4 - Actions - View my blueprints - It cost 5mil to craft

You go to the the bank vault and start a "Raid". Then if you manage to finish the raid you will earn a few blueprint cases. When you open those there is a slight chance that you get a thundergun blueprint. With that you can craft a thundergun for 5m

Otherwise you can buy it from random shops.

You need to buy it from a person, or the auction house, make it from a blueprint which costs 5m and you get the blueprint from a blueprint case, and the blueprint case you can also get from other people, auction houses, or booster packs
