TOPIC: My Life right now.

Hey guys there is something that i wanna share with you all.

I got fired from my job and it really came in as a hard blow.

Yesterday i was told to come to a meeting with the ceo for evaluation purposes, they told me there was nothing to worry about.

Today when i enter the conference room the first thing they told me was this conversation is not gonna be good for you or fun.
"" So what i thought they are joking with me pulling some stunt because yesterday i was told by him that i had nothing to worry about.""

They told me that i did not fit in the Picture of the team.
When i asked why that was they gave me the answer that they were looking for personal with a higher study finished. which my studies do not meet the requirements. They were looking for university graduates.

How i got to work at that company was trough out an agency that finds job for you this means there is no certainty that you still have a job at the end of the day . I been having that insecure feeling ever since i started working there because you never know when you get kicked out.

Todays news came as such a big surprise that i broke down in tears infront of the CEO i explained to him that i worked so hard on this job that i did my best .

The CEO gave me his calling card and told me to sent him my files so he can help me find a job outside of the agency.

I Just hope the best from now on.

TLDR:GotFired,Got told its not my fault which is true, They want higher educated personel. there wasn't enough work. Got emotional Cried infront of the CEO. CEO wants to help me find a new job, Without an agency to get mor certainty of getting a steady job.

Life is like a chocolate box, you never know what you get. But hey! Nothing to worry about. It might be a little hard right now but maybe this is the right thing. What if you get a better job, a secure feeling and everything will be great. Who knows!? Good luck with your future and never give up!

Sorry to hear that happened to you, at least it wasn't your fault. I'm sure everything will work out and you'll be the CEO of that guy soon enough, keep searching and have hope for the best!

I decided to edit this post to give a bit of feedback. I don't see how you would have a hard time getting a job, from what I can see you've got a great work initiative and you're good at dealing with most of the situations you find yourself in. You're someone I've respected on ZARP for a very long time and I still do. As my original post said, I wish you the best of luck!

I am pretty sure most of the older generations in the community have tried this before. Including myself, and it can be very hard if it's a job that you like a lot. You just gotta keep moving on, and i wish you my luck in doing so buddy!

university graduates, fucking hell.

What did you work as? As a fricking scientist? What more do they wanna do? Build 10 space ships and open a space taxi company?

Call me naive, but how is that justified? I mean you were trained to do that job, what does a university graduate have what you don't have? Maybe they have faster thinking but then again if you are trained to do that job i think you would be the better option despite the fact that it's a higher education, because you already know everything that you need to know.

All i know is that i talked to you quite a lot, you don't seem like a guy that has dropped out of school 5 times and can't open a milk bottle.

Man, these people do everything to feed their ego.

"Ohh, well you are good in a team, you are a professional person, and you're nice, but you know what really would be cool? A guy that acts like a robot, we wouldn't need calculators, and we could also put a sign in front of the company's main working place that says 'one of our workers is a university graduate'. Sorry mate, but you don't fit in anymore."

Also this is not me bashing the unversity graduates, i mean if someone here actually accomplished that then that's amazing, hopefully you guys know what point i want to make.
