TOPIC: Gang Threads?

Is there even any point in uploading a gang thread that doesn't have any upgrades acquired?
We had a massive raiding session planned throughout this week but due to server stability, that was out of the question.
So as a result we don't have any gang upgrades, so yea, is there a point in uploading the thread?
Or should I wait until we have some?

Like Blocked has already said when people check the thread they will see how your gang is progressing by gaining more upgrades and members etc. So I think that you should just make one and update when needed.
