A Russian is an Eastern Slav, he is from here:

And his alphabet is like this:

A Serbian is a Southern Slav, he is from here:

We still have Russian weather tho, we'll have around -13 - -19 from Monday to Wednesday next week with snowstorms.

Except the geographical, and alphabetical / linguistic differences, I can't think of anything else.
