well here is me after 1 week , doing some decent training for parkour , i broke my leg when doing a back flip of a moderated hight wall , i missed up everything as my whole body's pressures on my leg it broke out cause ive landed wrong so , so on as its being taken care of i want to warn u guys dont try parkour on hard , start with easy , trust me even bits can hurt , if u fail a bit of a movement the flips lets say might break making u fail in them , so guys if u want an advice dont try unless ur safe
