TOPIC: Is steam currently down?

Is steam down? I'm trying to log in and it won't go through, giving me "could not connect to steam servers," It's not my internet so I'm not sure what's going on.

Damn, I just bought some booster packs and now I'm worried I won't be able to claim them in time :/

Steam has been up and down for me, no idea why though. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
