The pc is Ok/semi-good. For the price it is worth it and the monitor is very nice indeed, I am considering getting myself one of them monitors. The processor isn't the best that you could get with what you're buying, the graphics card is alright even though you could buy a good card for the same price, depending on what games you play, weather it be Gmod or minecraft, it is good for them. But high-end games like battlefield etc... it wouldn't be very good at running, even at medium graphical settings.

Not really, depends what games he's gonna play tho tbh, i can run gta v w 60+ frames on my gtx 750 Ti

minus the 2 1tb HDD? Raid 1/0? Which wouldn't even work properly
Anyway, R9 380 is much better then a 750ti
It is on par with a GTX 960 so if you can get gabens build do
I run an r9 390. It's fucking great.

I won't make adjustments cause that changes the currency to AUD, which you wouldn't want

It'll run AAA games at max at 1080p at 60FPS+ easily
the r9 380 is a 1440p card
