TOPIC: Buying VIP (I live in the UK)

So i bought 2 boosters and got 2 extra early in the morning for only like £6 and then i tried buying VIP for around £13 but whenever i try i get an error saying this card cannot be used, i have money on it so i dont see why this is happening

I just made a paypal account and bought it that way and it worked perfectly.
