TOPIC: Desperately Need Help

For a few weeks now my gmod just crashes after like 30 - 1hr of playtime on ZARP.
I've have been frequently looking for ways to fix the issue but none have worked out for me.
As you can imagine crashing at least 7 times everyday on ZARP is not good for a professional liyke meh ;_;
My textures are on high / model detail high
If anybody can help me please do.

I have the same problem, I've tried searching for the solution but I can just not find it.

Tried verifying game cache?
Reinstall gmod & steam
Start with -dxlevel 81

1. Try reinstalling gmod or decrease your resolution or even decrease your model option..
2. Turn off any unused programs because they decrease the performance of your RAM which cause fps drops and finally a crash.

I had this once and what I did was saddly reset my pc to factory settings :/
It's a bitch to get everything re-installed but it worked after that.

Thanks to everybody that replied in an effort to help my lidl problamo.
I have decided I will fully reset my pc and see what appens then thanks all.
