TOPIC: Server Issues Causing Loss Of Items

So earlier today I purchased a booster pack and later redeemed it I use the mega rare gift and got a black diamond printer and then made a base, I finally got to the point where it was time to place the printer So I do and press drop and bang its gone not there, Then I called and admin but noone knew what happened, Then admins start spamming chat saying dont spawn entities as they will disapear.

Now dont say this is my fault, Your server was the one that had the bug
All Im asking for is either a new booster pack, Mega rare back, Printer back or money back
Please let me have one of the thing above

My friend told me he destroyed your printer while raiding.

Do you have any proof that it was on our end? such as the printer falling or it not spawning? we need something to work with here because any random person could say they lost something.

You'll need to provide evidence and give us your steam ID, due to the servers state currently we highly advise you don't print or use entities that can disappear.

Yes we can see you have donated but how do we know you just didn't sell it or give it away or even lose it due to someone shooting it?
