TOPIC: restricted?

Forgive me if this does not belong here, or is not allowed, this is my first time on the forums (i had to look for the new topic button for 10 minutes, not even joking) But why on earth is literally every fence except for one restricted? this is making basing nearly impossible, specially in a smaller building, since the only fence that we can spawn is absolutely huge. is this somehow related to the massive lag spikes that went on for a few days, or is it just random and gonna stay like this forever?
