There should be a section on the MOTD for you to close it.

There should be a cross in the top right corner, its a bit hard to see, just on the edge where the motd box ends.

CTRL+ALT+DEL
Open Task Manager
Find "hl2.exe"
Force close task
Open up Garry's mod again
Type this in console:
For server 1:
connect play.zarpgaming.com:27015
For server 2:
connect play.zarpgaming.com:27025
